Service Description
All new clients must visit us for a meet and treat before grooming. This is to help your pet (and pet parents) feel relaxed and comfortable in our grooming salon and be accepting of the groom process. We will assess when your dog is fine to proceed with a groom. We also provide a tailored grooming plan and information pack at the next appointment. £10 of this session will be allocated towards the first full grooming appointment.
Cancellation Policy
A £20 non refundable deposit is required upon booking as part payment towards the grooming appointment . This will be held towards the groom should an appointment be cancelled/re-scheduled. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellations and notice is required by telephone or mobile phone text. Emailed or other e messages are not accepted for cancellations. In special emergency cases, please telephone Bellamy's Pad to advise. Standard grooming prices are for dogs whose coat is maintained between grooms. Any matted or badly behaved dogs will incur extra cost for a longer appointment and special additional attention.
