A welcome visit and meeting with your new pet
Service Description
All new clients must visit us for a meet and greet before grooming. This is to help your pet (and pet parents) feel relaxed and comfortable in our relaxation and grooming room. We will assess whether or not your dog is Ok to go ahead with a groom at the same time.
Cancellation Policy
A £20 non refundable deposit is required upon booking as part payment towards the grooming appointment . This will be held towards the groom should an appointment be cancelled/re-scheduled. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellations and notice is required by telephone or mobile phone text. Emailed or other e messages are not accepted for cancellations. In special emergency cases, please call Bellamy's Pad to discuss requirements. Standard grooming prices are for dogs whose coat is maintained between grooms. Any matted dogs will incur extra cost for a longer appointment and special additional attention.
